* Tracking: Tracking is not available outside the United States and therefore
will not be provided for international shipments. Tracking numbers will be
emailed automatically by the currier when the shipping label is created.
* Insurance: In the event an item is damaged or lost no funds will be reimbursed
to the buyer until seller receives such funds from any needed insurance claims.
Insurance claims may require a minimum waiting period prior to being able to
submit a claim for lost items. Seller reserves the right to act as the insurer,
at sellers choice and will therefore not necessarily purchase insurance from the
shipping carrier in all cases. The purchase of insurance by a buyer does not
obligate the seller to purchase insurance from the shipping carrier, the seller
may elect to act as the insurer and take on the risk of loss or damage. The
additional fee paid for insurance by the buyer may be kept by the seller if the
seller elects to act as the insurer. In such event that the seller chooses to
act as insurer the seller will incur any costs associated with loss or damage to
the shipped item and will reimburse the buyer accordingly.
* Feedback: Feedback will normally not be left until feedback has been received
by the buyer indicating that the item has been received and that the transaction
is complete. Any feedback left will be reciprocated. Negative feedback will be
left for any non-paying bidders. Retaliatory feedback will be reported to eBay.
* Item Condition: All items sold as is, there are no guarantees as to the
condition of any product offered for auction. Items as described, please read
entire auction carefully prior to bidding.
* Refunds: Seller accepts responsibility that descriptions are accurate. In the
event that an item received is materially different than the item described in
the auction please contact the seller to arrange a refund or replacement product
(at sellers choice). No refunds will be given unless item is materially
different than the description described. Seller reserves to right to consider
refunds on a case by case basis and makes no guarantee that a refund will be
granted.
